Cancellation & Refund Policy

SECTION 1 - Order Processing / Cancellations
- Orders will be processed within 24-36 hours after placement.
- Cancellations are only accepted within 6 hours of placing the order.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after 6 hours for paid orders.
- Please note that payment gateway fees will not be refunded upon order cancellation.
SECTION 2 - Out of Stock
- If a product is unavailable, Cyber Flake reserves the right to cancel the order.
- Customers will be promptly contacted for alternative options or provided with a cancellation.
- Updated information regarding order status will be sent via email.
- In case of unavailability, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
SECTION 3 - Refund/DOA/Replacement Policy
- To verify the product's condition upon receipt, customers must provide a video with photos of the unboxing process. Failure to provide this evidence may result in rejection of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, including the brand's/manufacturer's box, intact MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and all included accessories. Failure to do so may result in rejection and voiding of the warranty.
- Once the product has been returned to us and a thorough inspection, along with verification of the customer complaint details, has been completed, the refund process will be initiated.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days from the date of initiation.
- Once a refund has been processed from us, it may take anywhere from 1 hour to a day to reflect in the customer's bank account.
- Replacement is only possible for a Dead On Arrival (DOA) product, provided there is sufficient evidence regarding its condition.
SECTION 4 - Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:
- Double-check your bank account to ensure that the refund has not been credited.
- Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank as there might be a processing delay before the refund is reflected.
- If you have completed these steps and have not received your refund, please contact us at support@cyberflake.in.
Evidence Submission
Please send the video and photo evidence, along with the product invoice, to support@cyberflake.in.
Important Notes
Note: Once sold, goods will not be accepted for return or exchange. Invoices cannot be modified or cancelled after generation.
